- On-line learning: To compliment face to face programmes we have an extensive library of skills, product or technical based learning. These can be accessed at any time, enabling learning to take place at the right time, with access to refer back to these at any time.
- Management and Leadership Pathway: At NCH we want to ensure that you have the opportunity to keep on learning if you aspire to management, are new to management or have been managing for some time – whatever your experience. The programme consists of a number of elements and has a blended curriculum, face to face, online and workshops.
- Talent Development Programmes: We have a fantastic talent development programmes to identify high-potential employees and provide them with targeted development opportunities to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Sales Training – We are a company that focuses on people doing business with people and we equip our European sales teams with sales methodologies that have been developed over a number of years for the Industrial market. The content of the programmes are constantly reviewed and updated to reflect the ever changing business environment.
